It was such a wonderful experience working with Darrelle. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the West Valley, and also about the home buying experience. She was on the ball at all times, and never let anything slip through her hands. We were moving from out of state, and were finishing the buying process while still in Houston. So her ability to work with all parties involved and get everything done on a timely manner was incredible.

Darrelle has been wonderful. I showed up unannounced from California on a Saturday. She showed me properties available in her office. Darrelle set up showings for Sunday before I had to return to California. I bought a house in cantamia and she was awesome thru the whole process. Darrelle Watkins was a highly effective part of our mission to buy a house in Phoenix. We presented her with a list of homes we had seen online and thought met our specifications. She dutifully arranged a showing of each house, and as a local resident had great insight into the pros and cons of each one. Which house did we buy?
